Congratulations Katrina, our first 2017 GEM Award Winner!
The Watters GEM Award, ‘GEM’ representing Great Experience Maker, is a peer-recognized award. It is presented to a team member during our quarterly Town Hall.
Team members nominate an employee they feel go above and beyond their normal role within the company. In other words, someone who makes a client’s and/or co-worker’s experience great. Furthermore, someone that actively lives our core values of Trust, Collaboration, and Innovation.
Katrina was nominated because of her positive personality on-site and in the office. As well as, the time she commits to helping others and learning new skills.
