Basil is our Vice President of Technical Services at Watters Environmental.  He has over 20 years of environmental consulting experience in completing Phase I and II ESAs, asbestos surveys, designated substances surveys, asbestos surveys and abatement, mould assessments and abatement, soil and groundwater remediation, human health and ecological risk assessments, and compliance audits.  Basil has conducted or managed hundreds of these projects in various land uses, such as hotels, commercial buildings, industrial properties, office buildings, residential dwellings, federally-owned properties, and First Nation lands.
