Each year Watters Environmental plans an event for all employees and guests, which requires the use of our core values, innovation, collaboration and trust. Each event is designed and planned to provide a fun and unique way to connect as a team. On June 9, 2018, our team traveled to Unionville Markham to compete in a scavenger hunt!
Estelle Smith from ‘The Greatness Group’ is a pleasure to work with and made our experience that much more enjoyable and memorable. All employees and their guests were divided into five separate groups. Each group was responsible for working together as a team to accomplish all the tasks set-out for them in the Scavenger Hunt phone application within an hour and a half.
Despite not everyone being able to complete all the tasks, we all had a great experience and shared in having fun, laughing and capturing memorable pictures together.
The scavenger hunt ended just outside of II Postino where Estelle assisted in determining our first and second place teams. To celebrate and end the day, we all gathered inside Il Postino to indulge in delicious food and drinks while sharing various amusing stories from the days adventures!

This event encourages your team to be creative, think outside the box, work together and share many laughs and memories. The Greatness Group allows you to choose from a large assortment of areas in the GTA to host your scavenger hunt and provides great corporate team building events.
